The company ran an emergency response drill for a liquid ammonia pipeline leak. The scenario followed the environmental emergency response plan and tested alarm, evacuation, leak sealing, decontamination and medical response.
After the drill the response sequence and the stock of emergency equipment were reviewed and the plan updated accordingly.
