Dedicated and professional
Wuxi Acryl Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999 — its predecessor was Wuxi Acryl Chemical Co., Ltd. — and is based in the Donggang New Material Industrial Park in Xishan District, Wuxi. On 25 October 2017, the company was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange under the code 603722.
Since its founding, Acryl has concentrated on the research and production of advanced chemical materials. Supported by complete chemical infrastructure, in-house patented technology and deep process-control experience, it has become one of China's leading producers of polyetheramine and isobornyl (meth)acrylate at scale. Design capacity stands at 20,000 tonnes per year for polyetheramine and 5,000 tonnes per year for optical materials such as isobornyl (meth)acrylate. These products are registered under EU REACH, listed under US TSCA and certified by Germanischer Lloyd, and its customers include several Fortune Global 500 chemical and energy-service companies.
The company remains committed to functional chemical materials as its core business, drawing on industry–university collaboration and its post-doctoral research station to accelerate product development. Its goal is to become a national development and production base for specialty polymer materials used in optical lenses, wind power, shale gas extraction and environmentally friendly coatings.

Our history
From a resin workshop with RMB 500,000 in registered capital to a listed advanced materials platform.
Acryl established
The company's predecessor, Xishan Jiangnan Acryl Resin Co., Ltd., was approved by the Xishan Administration for Industry and Commerce with registered capital of RMB 500,000.
First capital increase and renaming
Registered capital rose from RMB 500,000 to RMB 2 million, and the company was renamed Wuxi Acryl Chemical Co., Ltd.
Second capital increase
A new business licence was issued, and registered capital was raised to RMB 5 million.
Third capital increase
Registered capital rose from RMB 5 million to RMB 10 million.
Fourth capital increase
Registered capital rose from RMB 10 million to RMB 60 million, with capacity and R&D expanding in step.
Conversion to a joint stock company
The company was restructured as a joint stock limited company and renamed Wuxi Acryl Technology Co., Ltd.

Shares began public transfer on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations under code 430605.
Listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange
A-shares began trading on the SSE Main Board. Total A-share capital was 86.7 million shares, of which 21.7 million were newly listed, under the code 603722.
Acryl Technology (Qianjiang) established
The wholly owned subsidiary is set up in the Jianghan Salt Chemical Industrial Park, Wangchang, Qianjiang, Hubei, to produce polyetheramine, optical resins and specialty resins.
Qianjiang project breaks ground
Construction starts on the RMB 1.05 billion project for 20,000 t/y polyetheramine and 30,000 t/y optical materials (cyclic olefin monomer and polymer).
Polyetheramine unit tops out
The main structure of the 20,000 t/y polyetheramine unit at Qianjiang is completed and equipment installation begins.
First polyetheramine shipped from Qianjiang
Product is filled and dispatched from the Qianjiang site as the unit moves into steady operation.

Science and Technology Awards
The polyetheramine process was assessed by experts as internationally advanced and received the third prize of the 2015 Jiangsu Science and Technology Award and the second prize at Wuxi municipal level.
