WUXI ACRYL TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD, which was established in 1999, is one of the National High-tech Enterprise of China. We are professional in manufacturing polyester resins, acrylic resins, polyurethane resins, high-performance epoxy resins, polymers for optical apparatus, special composite materials, and special application resins etc. Acryl Chemical is located at the Technology & Industry Park in Wuxi Xishan Economy Developing Zone. The totally occupied area is 20,000 square meters. The building area consists of a workshop (9,000 square meters), research & business department (1,700 square meters), and a depot (2,600). The total fixed assets are 51 million. Now, we have over 100 members and 18 sets of manufacturing equipment. The production capability is over 13,000 tons per year.
With the principle of “innovation” and “market”, Acryl Chemical has spent a lot of investment on researching and developing new products to meet the requirements of our customers. Our company has acquired 3 invention patents, one national high-tech product of China, and two National “Huoju” High-tech projects of China. We have an experienced Research & Development group with 5 post doctors, a doctor, and masters. Moreover, Acryl Chemical has cooperated with Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, and Lanzhou University for developing new materials and training. We have established Substitutes for Hazardous Substances Research Centre with Tsinghua University and Functional Materials Research Centre with Shanghai Jiaotong University. The finished projects include “Monomers for optical colophony lens”, “Polymeric transfer printing coatings”, “Halogen-free resins for copper clad laminate”, and “New polymeric materials for plumbum-free copper clad laminate”. Acryl Chemical has successfully passed ISO9001:2000 quality System in 2003 and was entitled “Quality Trust-worth Enterprise of Jiangsu Province” and “an Enterprise of Honoring Contracts and Keeping Promise”.
